PROJECT 1 - LOYALTY SERVICES
Working alongside our clients, we adopt a value-driven approach to defining and articulating business and project objectives before identifying the most effective means to deliver. This was also the case when we developed and delivered seamless loyalty services to CC Vest and Coop, City Nord. We worked closely with both customers design agencies to ensure "look and feel" uniqeness combined with service excellence, 1x1 and POS integrations.
PROJECT 2 - NEWSLETTERS & STATISTICS
Driven by customer concerns for cost effectiveness, service usability and risk for losing income, we were challenged by Lyreco Nordic to develop a state of the art self service newsletter module. Within six months we established a service that they never even had imagined. The capability of the module is close to limitless and ensures that they now are visible among their 300 000 corporate customers only seconds after they have pushed the "send button".
PROJECT 3 - BRANDING & MARKETING
Many public sector organizations now use brand strategies as a discipline for coordinating messages to create a consistent presence for relationships. This also include NAV which chose us as supplier of newsletter module for all of its 19 counties. They considered that a uniforme branding across the counties would lead to an improved ability to communicate and to be recognized among partners in the market. During the project Keiservarden has delivered a secure service with the ability to design, share images, texts, logos, templates etc.
